Art. 2. - Amending incorporation of town.

Latest version.

Section 1. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact, That section second of chapter seventy-six, laws of one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three and one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, be stricken out and the following inserted: That the corporate limits of said town shall be as follows: one half mile east, west, north and south from the center of warehouse of the Raleigh and Augusta Air Line Railroad Company, and shall run with the four cardinal points of the compass.

Sec. 2. That section seven of the same act be and the same is hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This act shall be in force from and after its ratification.

Ratified the 20th day of February, A.D. 1875.
