§ 4.1. Regular municipal elections.

Regular City elections shall be held biennially on Tuesday after the first Monday in November. In each regular election, the candidate for each position who receives the largest number of votes shall be declared elected. In case of an equal number of votes, the Board of Elections of Lee County shall determine the result by lot.
