§ 38-134. Extensions without petition.

The council, at its discretion and when it determines that it would be in the public interest, may make water or sewer extensions without a petition therefor. The council may then assess the benefitted property owner the same as provided in section 38-133, under the authority granted to the city by G.S. 160A-216 et seq.
