§ 38-41. Private system required where public system unavailable.

Where a public sanitary or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of section 38-4(a) and (b), the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with the provisions of this chapter and the regulations of the health officer or his representative.
