§ 36-68. Drivers to yield right-of-way at certain intersections.

  • When yield right-of-way signs are erected at the entrance to any through street, it shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to proceed into or across such through street without first slowing down and yielding the right-of-way to any vehicle in movement on the through street at or near the point of entrance.
