§ 26-8. Sale of explosives or dangerous chemicals to persons under 18 years of age.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale within the city to any person under 18 years of age any dynamite, dynamite caps, blasting powder or chemicals of any description which could be used singly or in combination to cause or produce an explosion such as used by amateurs to set off handmade bombs, rockets or other similar devices.
