§ 26-19. Sunday sale of alcoholic beverages.

Pursuant to Session Law 2017-87, within the city limits, the sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine and mixed beverages is hereby allowed beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday pursuant to the licensed premises' ABC permit issued under G.S. 18B-1001.
