§ 12-1. Conduct in cemeteries.

It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, molest, deface or damage any real or personal property within any cemetery or to conduct himself in a manner or to engage himself within any cemetery in any activity which is not in keeping with the dignity of the cemetery or the respect due the memory of the deceased persons buried therein.
